Physical Therapy Murray
I received my physical therapy education at the Mayo Clinic, and I am currently working as an outpatient physical therapist with a focus on treating lower extremity conditions, endurance athletes, and women’s health and sports medicine. In addition to treating patients, I also work in the Sport Science biomechanics lab at TOSH, where I strive to improve return-to-sport testing standards as well as contribute to research on female athletes, bone stress injuries, and RED-S. Through patient-centered care and evidence-based practice, I aim to empower all athletes to achieve their goals while prioritizing long-term health and performance sustainability. I am a bit of a running nerd. I am a former collegiate track/cross country runner and triathlete, and prior to physical therapy school, I worked for several years in the running shoe industry on footwear development and biomechanics research at Saucony. Aside from running, I also enjoy backcountry skiing, mountain biking, climbing, and doing pottery. I grew up in the mountains of Boone, NC, and have loved exploring all that the Wasatch mountains have to offer since moving to Salt Lake City.
