Kerry Sackman, FNP-C, is an advanced practice provider with over a decade of experience and a strong passion for APP professional development, clinical excellence, continuing education, and preventative medicine. Her clinical expertise spans internal medicine, hospital-based care, and cardiology, with a subspecialty in Advanced Heart Failure. She has advanced her leadership within UMP Cardiology, serving as the Heart & Vascular APP Manager and the supervisor of the Advanced Practice Provider Cardiology team. She also provides clinical support for the advanced heart failure team and is CHFN certified. Outside of her professional life, Kerry enjoys spending time with her three children and loves biking, hiking, golfing, and cooking.
