Dr. Sarfraz is an Internal Medicine Physician. She was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. She has had the opportunity to grow, learn and complete her Medical Education and Training from California, Michigan and Florida.“I am grateful to be back home in Utah! My goal is to give back to the community and serve the underprivileged population.
