Elizabeth L Jacobs, NP

Elizabeth Jacobs, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, is a certified nurse practitioner who specializes in transplant surgery at Intermountain Medical Center. She supports patients and their families in Murray and throughout the Salt Lake Valley. Her clinical interests also include preventative medicine.  Outside the clinic, the Boise native enjoys backcountry skiing, tennis, and golf.
