Dr. Caputo was born and raised in Salt Lake City Utah. He is a graduate of Westminster College and attended medical school at The Temple University Lewis Katz School of Medicine in Philadelphia. His residency training was completed at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and MD Anderson Cancer Center, after which he moved to Cleveland, Ohio where he completed a fellowship in Laparoscopic and Advanced Robotic Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Caputo practices at the Summit Urology location in Holladay. He has hospital privileges at: Lone Peak Hospital, Alta View Hospital, St. Mark's Hospital, and Intermountain Medical Cernter.
